The Erie Station in Cochecton, New York during the later 1800's was the hub of transportation for the area. Visitors mainly from the NYC area would take a train to the Cochecton Station and stay at the Erie Hotel across the tracks or secure transportation to their ultimate destination, beautiful Lake Huntington with its many Grand Hotels, bungalows and boarding houses.
